combate e as reintegra à sociedade.

Unicef : Toy Soldiers
information
The African continent has the world’s highest number of child soldiers, fighting in wars they don’t believe in, for causes they don’t understand. Unicef extract many of these children from combat and reintegrate them into society. Their aim was to rally support for this programme. Sending out a direct mailer that garners support for Unicef’s child soldier programme. Initially, the mailer appears to be a typical packet of toy soldiers, but once opened, the recipient finds that the figurines are in fact children - reading books, playing soccer, riding bikes and doing other childhood activities. Results: The package went to Unicef supporter mailing lists as well as potential corporate sponsors. Awareness is up, and beyond the desired reaction from the recipients, many compliments are being received about the unique way in which it was put forward. More than a simple message, it’s an ongoing reminder of the realities these children face every day.credits

Napoleão e sua sabedoria -The wisdom of Napoleon

1- Os inteligentes com iniciativa;
2- Os inteligentes sem iniciativa;
3- Os ignorantes sem iniciativa;

e as cumpriam.

Pense nisto!

The wisdom of Napoleon

They say Napoleon Bonaparte classified his soldiers into four types:
1- Inteligent with initiative;
2- Inteligent without initiative;
3- Stupid without initiative;
4- Stupid with initiative.

To the inteligent with initiative,Napoleon assigned functions of commanders in chief,strategist.
The inteligents without initiative stayed as officers who received superior orders and followed them with diligence.
The stupid without initiative were put in front of the battle - cannon fodders, as
we say.
As for the stuppid with initiative, Napoleon hated them and didn´t want them in his
armies.

This great wisdom of Napoleon also serves for us, if we have a company or a business.
Don´t we also have in our "Napoleonic Army", these three types of "soldiers"?

Think well.An army with only strategist generals sure won´t win any battles.Someone
has to be on the front.Obedient officers (directors,managers)without strategy also
can´t win a war.
Dedicated soldiers (employees)without command, without leadership, without guidance,
also don´t bring success to the battle.
Therefore we need the three types of soldiers to win the battle, just like the three types of collaborators, so we can overcome the challenges of competitive market, in wich we live.
But , just like Napoleon,we must get rid of, as soon as possible, of the stupid with
initiative.Stupid people with initiative are capable of making terrible mistakes.Stu-
pid people with initiative do what they should not,speak what they should not and
even hear what they should not.Stupid people without initiative make us lose good
clients, good suppliers.
They are those who make products with no quality because they decide to change defined processes.Stupid people with initiative are,therefore, a great risk. Napoleon
didn´t want them.Think about it!
